• I won't copy any artist's style
• By ordering a commission you accept my ToS
• You should be legal age to order commission
• I have the right to turn down any commission
• I may post any art I’ve completed as part of a portfolio unless prior arrangements have been made

commission PROCESS

• I'm open to talk by FA notes or Discord (preferably) username: darkithenoodle
• Once I started to work on your commission I will provide doodle / concept sketch of your idea
• After this I would ask for the payment (by paypal invoice!), as the agreement for my ToS
• If the client declines the commission I can provide a refund depending on the stage of the work
• Rejected sketches remain my property and may be reused for YCH or personal work
• After commission is done, you'll get full image via discord / email / FA notes

Will and Won't Draw

I enjoy both SFW and NSFW form of artworks!
If you're not sure on something I may or may not do, feel free to ask!
I won't be able to list absolutely everything

I love working with dragons! (what a surprise huh) especially feral dragons
Same goes for any fantasy / community species like sergals, felkins, protogens etc.
For more spicy stuff I adore hyper, all the way through, slit play and vore

I like working with anthro character but I might feel a bit less confident compared to feral oc's
Anything I didn't type in "Will and Won't Draw" is most likely cool with me and I can draw it, just ask!

I can't draw human / horse / mlp characters!
Anything close to any very extreme fetishes is off limits, like scat, gore, underage etc.

FINISHED ART

• You can post ordered art wherever you want, but please leave a credits
• You can print it on your t-shirt, pillows, dakimakura and other things for personal purposes
• You can't use my arts for sale or other finance profit if you didn't tell me about before commission
• You can't use my sketches if it was decline by you at a pre-sketch stage of order
• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style but I will still consider your opinion!
• If there are some small errors in the commission you can ask me to change them
• I have right to use your comm in my other projects! as the price sheet and similar things
• I always reserve the rights to post own artworks in my gallery and use it in the future as promotional examples (except private orders).
